After spending nine years as a partner of a local engineering firm, John left to create a company where he could focus on the needs of his clients.
John's reputation as a motivated, self-starter with a knack for making and keeping relationships enabled him to grow his business tenfold during the first year of LandTech.
John has worked actively to develop strong relationships with all local municipalities and approval agencies. His reputation and quality of work assists in making the approval process smooth, sleek, and simple and his high standard of design has created a submission model for many of the approval agencies in the area.

Director of Engineering Services
Ed has over fifteen years of experience in the field of civil engineering. His design philosophies focus on efficiency, which allow him to keep construction costs low and create cost-efficient design plans. Ed's knowledge and design abilities make him well respected within the engineering community and with the clients he works with.

Associate Engineer
Adam has over six years of experience in the field of civil engineering. During his tenure at LandTech, he has acquired numerous skills in project management, client relations, and presentations to boards.

Mike has over fifteen years of experience in all aspects of surveying in the field. Mike's extensive knowledge of instrument surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layout make him a valuable asset in the field.
Scott Phetteplace

Scott has over ten years of experience in the field of surveying. After graduation from Alfred State College, Scott has worked for numerous firms on the east coast. His field skills accompanied with his technical background make his work efficient with modern field equipment and practices.
